Alright, well everything was going normal with my car, until one day a fuse blew. It was the blue 10 i think its called. So i thought this will be simple, i just take it out and pop a new one in. So i go to put the new fuse in and it pops right when i go to slide it in, i try this a couple times, with everything off, doors shut, ive tried everything, i even bought every fuse for the honda and tried all of them, everyone i put in just pops as im inserting it. This fuse is the one that controls my alarm, clock, cigaret lighter, dome light ect. Im really stuck cause i need my alarm and dome light ect, ive tried everything i know, anyone had this problem and can help me out ? thanks

well ya ive tried everything, the thing is i havnt changed anything, havnt added anything or messed with any wires, it just all of a sudden happend one day. Im guessing its a bitch to find the wire that is messing it up ?
tried that a long time ago, and there is also nothing inside of the cigarett lighter or stuck inside of the fuse slot, its a real bitch, i dont understand it
By the way, DO NOT be tempted to insert a fuse with a heavier rating. The wire harness may burn out before the fuse does.

Since the fuse seems to control the Dome Light along with everything else.. That's what I would try first.. I'd close the Doors and then pop in the Fuse.. If it blows, then you know your problem is not the Dome Light Circuit..
If you can't do that with the Doors closed.. Just get an inline fuse holder and stick it into where the fuse plugs in.. Then stick the fuse in after you've closed the door..
Finding what's causing it is easy.. All you got to do is attack the problem in a procedural manner..
Just unplug power to anything that is suppose to be running power off of that fuse.. The one that stops the fuse from blowing is the Circuit that you'll have to look at..
I'll check back later.. Good Luck..

like i said
", i try this a couple times, with everything off, doors shut, ive tried everything, i even bought every fuse for the honda and tried all of them"
Im thinking it has something to do with my alarm now, because sometimes when i shut my car off my alarm will make a chirping sound, and it never did that when the fuse was working. So now i get to look through 1000 alram wires that are scattered all under my dash, yay
