Default Selecting a radiator for my 94 Sol

Original radiator has started leaking (around 140k miles) and it's a slow leak but obviously needs replacing. Finding a good aftermarket radiator is proving to be a challenge as there are seemingly a few options and I can't find an accurate cross-reference to the oem part number(s).

I have a 94 Si with the SOHC 1.6L engine and manual transmission. No trans cooler obviously but it seems that all the aftermarket rad's have the trans fluid cooler built in. Then there is the difference between the 5/8" thick and 1" thick cores and I'm pretty sure I measured mine at 1".

So do I just buy a radiator with the extra cooler lines built in and keep them capped or is there a better option in brands without the trans fluid cooler ? Searching generally online at places like partsgeek and rock auto as they offer more variety than local auto parts stores.

Recommendations for brand / seller welcomed.

All car/truck radiators come with the transmission cooler installed because its cheaper for the manufacturer to assemble the car that way. One radiator in stock versus two. Amazon shows multiple radiators for the DeSol , All will work fine for you. I feel that you dont need a fancy aluminum multi pass radiator if the car is stock. Just get whatever you can afford, they are all made in China anyway, some just come with pretty stickers

So to close this out, I selected the Koyorad from Rock Auto. They are pretty much the lowest prices for everything else I needed so picked what appeared to be a quality brand from that site.
