Default Electronic Load Detector, need to find!

My 98 Civic HX appears to be in need of a new ELD, except I cannot find the right one. My Civic is bone stock under the hood and it is the HX model with the CVT transmission. The electronic load detector I pulled out is stamped IGMO3B. If anyone knows where I can get this it would be extremely helpful, as the car is practically un-drivable now. The ELD is part of the fuse block from Honda and is discontinued. I bought two different ELDs from eBay and neither one worked, they had different numbers stamped on them as well as different numbers stamped into the metal bar that runs through the ELD. It seems I need the model specific one for my particular car and options. I also tried bypassing the ELD with a resistor but it made no difference.
Here's the story and further detail:
After doing a whole bunch of maintenance and repairs, including a new steering rack (if that matters), the car threw a check engine light as soon as I started it. Whether in Reverse or Drive the RPMs are all over the place and the speedometer is erratic or not reading at all. The car is slow to respond to throttle input and the CVT can't seem to adjust properly, giving me poor acceleration and very high RPM at highway speed. The headlights in the car flicker and pulse.
Codes:
P1298 - Electric Load Detector (ELD) Circuit High Voltage
P1655 - CVT-FI TMA/TMB Signal Line Failure
P0135 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 1
P0141 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2

I did not previously have a check engine light at all and the car ran fine. I am assuming the three other codes are sympathy codes due to the ELD failure. As stated, I tried different ELDs for other Civics but they did not fix the problem. I also tried different combinations of the ELDs and the metal bars they came with along with the bar originally in my ELD. I read threads and saw videos about bypassing the ELD with a resistor to trick the alternator into giving full output. I installed a resistor in the ELD plug but again it made no difference. I found one write up on a car audio forum about bypassing the ELD with switches, resistors, and relays but that's getting a little out of my comfort zone with electrical and I'd much rather fix the issue properly. It seems I need the specific IGMO3B load detector for a 98 Civic HX with CVT. If anyone has a lead on one I would be extremely grateful. Or, if anyone can point me towards very detailed instructions on how to bypass the ELD I'd be willing to give it a try, but I'm still concerned the CVT won't work properly if I go that route.
Any and all help is appreciated!
