Own A 1995 Honda Civic LX Sedan

I’ve had this problem for about a week now,
the car will run fine and then out of nowhere the engine will bog and eventually shut off. Then the car will start up and run perfectly fine until the next episode.

It happened first on the Freeway at about 80mph where the engine started bogging, I pulled to the side and it shut off. Started the car back up ran it at idle for a bit then it shut off again.
Started it back up and it ran fine.

The next day the car ran fine all day.

Then as I was warming the car up before having to go to work a day later, it died at idle. then it started right up.

Then once more today, it died while running, heading around a turn at about 30mph. the engine bogged and then died out. It started back up and ran perfectly fine as I headed back home.

I’ve changed the fuel pump. the alternator and battery are brand new.
I’m having trouble diagnose exactly what it could be.
I just don’t wanna go down a rabbit hole of buying a bunch of new parts before figuring out what it could be.

any help would be much appreciated, Mahalo.

 

it's likely one of these:
- distributor
- PGMFI relay
- ECU

 

Update: Changed The Relay, car still dies after running.
Today car died out after driving for a few minutes, now won’t start at all.
It will crank and just won’t turn over.
Reset the ECU but still nothing.
