Hi everyone, I have a 2007 accord 4 cyl, I am changing the starter. I had to remove the intake plenum to replace the starter, I wanted to clean the throttle body while I had the plenum off. I seen videos of people saying not to move the throttle plate by hand being it is electronic, but was wondering is that only if it was still on the car? Being I had it unplugged and out of the vehicle can I clean with throttle body cleaner and move the butterfly back and forth by hand or will that mess it up? Appreciate any answers , I am new here so if I posted this wrong I am sorry.
