Default 2007 Hybrid Key Fob won't lock/unlock doors after battery died.

Greetings!
2007 Civic Hybrid, wouldn't start, couldn't jump start. Finally discovered "Main Fuse" 100/70 amp fuse in engine compartment was blown. After replacing the fuse everything seems to work fine except key fob will not lock or unlock doors, panic button also doesn't work. Same thing on a second key fob. Any ideas on where to look next? Thanks in advance!

Press the lock or unlock button on the transmitter 5 or 6 times to see if it will reset. It sometimes takes multiple tries.

I tried with both of my fobs multiple times, close to the car, but no luck. I have a feeling it might be another blown fuse but can't seem to find out which one might control the receiver/transmitter involved in communicating with the fob. Thanks for the suggestion by the way!
