Default Numbers on Cylinder head block
Hey. Just curious what these numbers on my cylinder block mean (91 10 7 10)? It also says pr3-3 which I think means it’s a ITR engine. Is that right? Any info is much appreciated.

That’s not a ITR. Honda didn’t make an ITR back in 1991
