Default Gauge Cluster Indicator Film

I have no idea what its called but essentially my indicating lights on the gauge cluster have started cracking. Is there some kind of replacement kit you can buy? Every time I signal i see function fine but you see the green paint or whatever it is, all cracked up and it drives me nuts. Can you swap those out? Any ideas? I really dont want to purchase and entirely new cluster if I dont have to

Using this picture as an example.

You basically need this part. The coloured film isn't separate. I have the same issue with my blue 'full beam' light. Either find this part for sale on its own or get a donor cluster and take that part for your own.

It's called a visor assembly, and the part number is 78171-S01-A11 Unfortunately you can't buy the insert separately.
