Default 2004 CRV MT AWD to FWD conversion questions

I deleted the center propellor shaft / center drive shaft on my 2004 CRV manual trans. I have a spinning U joint mount off of the trans transfer assembly. The car is driving better nonetheless since having done this but I’ve heard it isn’t good to have it there spinning not connected? Or is fine? I saw a transfer assembly case cover for MT FWD Element but my understanding is they didn’t make MT crv’s FWD. the part is 21131-PPR-000 + a gasket. Does anyone think this part would be compatible or should I not bother?

other question is in regards to rear diff. I’d like to delete and remove the rear axles. Can I use RWD axle shafts and does anyone know if they’d be compatible w a gen 2 CRV? I’m assuming the FWD Elements used them in the rear without having CV axles.

You'll need to find the rear axle shafts (stubs) for a 2WD CR-V, 42332-S9B-003 to replace the outer CV inside the hub. these appear to be discontinued so finding a set of used ones is probably the best option.
