D15b7 engine idle rpm very high after intake manifold install
So I have a 1994 Honda Civic dx with the stock d15b7 and I installed a bigger intake manifold off of eBay it is a knock off of the skunk 2 manifold but I check the similarities and it's a replica. The car now has a really high idle pretty much racing and won't go down. Originally I installed it with a 70 mm throttle body. It revs more when I give it throttle. So I have acceleration. Tons of people do this modication with no trouble. The coolant lines to the iacv are completely bled and full of coolant. Any vacuum leaks were fixed, I brought it to a shop to do a smoke test and we fixed all the vacuum leaks. I then put the original throttle body back on, with a new gasket thinking that the 70 mm throttle body was the problem. It has a new iacv that we installed. Tonight I just put on a new map sensor thinking that it may be the cause. Still there. Took off the throttle position Sensor and readjusted it. What could I possibly be missing. I am really perplexed and at the end of my rope with this. I put on a new intake manifold gasket and throttle body gasket. Please help me.
