Okay so car started just fine and was moved to the garage. Did some work on it, cleaned EGR valve, along with taking the headliner out to reline it. After all that i tried starting it but battery was dead, hooked new battery up and all it does is crank but no start.

04 Accord Coupe v6 6mt

-Fuel pump is turning on and it gets fuel
-No fuses blew from what i could tell
-Only thing i've noticed was the ignition coil relay is making a lot of clicking noises while the car is cranking.

Any help would be great, currently little stumped to what it could be.
