So recently my car did get flooded (I hate florida weather) though the car still kicked on and runs with some issues that need to be looked into. I'm no pro but I'm in the process of learning. After a couple days of the car being test ran, the car wont crank whatsoever though the battery is charged! I've been told that it's between my alternator and my starter, how can I know for sure which one it is?

 

So like one creates power while the car is on the other spins the engine to get it started. I'll let you decide
