Default 99 EJ Civic EX Coolant Leak

Hey, I have coolant leaking from the front water outlet housing where the top radiator hose connects to and haven’t been able to find information on fixing this issue. So I was wondering if anyone knows if it’s just a matter of replacing the housing and putting Honda Bond and torquing the two bolts that hold it will fix that issue along with bleeding the coolant system afterwards. Any insight would be appreciated thanks in advance.

This is exactly where the coolant is leaking from

drain radiator and then remove housing. Clean mating surfaces on housing and cylinder heat. Apply Hondabond sealant and reinstall housing. Add coolant and bleed system.

** I would replace that upper radiator house as well. Get the correct size hose because that one will likely burst any day.
