Default 2008 Honda CRV - Rear Differential Leak?

Hello.
I am seeking the advice or thoughts on a leak i am facing.
I have a 2008 Honda CRV.
At the Rear Differential it is leaking.
I checked the Fill and Drain Plugs. Both are tight. I did some research and couldn't find any info on a "seal" or anything back here.
I am going to clean it all off and see if i can pin point the leak better but i figured id show pictures of it dirty incase anyone had this issue before.

Does anyone have any idea what this leak could be from?
if so, what would the part be or do you have any links to what i need to replace?

I appreciate all of the support!

With the snout being wet I am going to vote pinion seal.

They don't hold much fluid, doesn't take long for them to run dry.

Thank you. Is there a way to know that it is for sure that seal? Or do i need to basically replace it to know?

Also when i look up pinion seal, i get steering stuff in the front of the car.

Do you know if replacing the pinion seal at the rear differential is difficult?
Do you have any videos i could see or part number?

Thank you!!!

Could it just be some one was careless last time they serviced it? If you can, clean it up real good so you can tell exactly where it's leaking from.
Not something commonly seen on these.
