Default Honda EG D15B7 acceleration issues and stalling, bogging down and slowly getting wors

Hi there. Issues with my 1995 EG Civic SE. D15B7 engine, P06-A0 ECU. Manual. SOHC mpfi. non vtec. OBD1. CEL for ELD as I have a US ECU and not a AUS one. In the process of finding a replacement. G-Scan tool was hooked up to find the O2 is in the code but doesnt show up when I did the paperclip check. Thinking something else may be throwing off the O2? Its new and replaced and was running the same with the old one. Engine is from a donor, not sure what happened to its original engine but it was replaced with the same engine anyway.

Issues I think are worth mentioning:
- Speed on cluster either isnt working correctly or doesnt work (tested on a different cluster). RPM works fine.
- Consumes a little more fuel than usual.
- Acceleration issues, just freakin slow!
- Really dim low beams and keeps blowing bulbs for the brake lights.
- Had an idle surge for a bit, happens very rarely now.
- High idle (?) sits at 1.5-1.8.- RPM doesnt go down when pushing clutch in (if im going 60kms and push clutch in to downshift the rpm doesnt drop) rev hang?
- sometimes struggles with downshifting from 3-2 and 2-1. Did this after I changed transmission fluid. Not as bad now.
- foot flat does nothing. It would lose power and nearly stall after starting. Or it would bog down.
- sounds like it struggles when turning over.
- really soft clutch

Pretty much my car is slow, bogging down, stalling with air con on, cant drive it too much or it will stall in town. It was fine before the timing belt snapped and drove great and was a zippy car that was my perfect daily, now its so slow and feels like its going to give out.
Had an issues where I was bunny hopping after accelerating at a green light. Would not go above 40kms on the way home when I started it. Seemed to have chewed through clutch fluid.

Listing what Ive done so far:
- new o2 sensor (obviously)
- new timing belt and replaced all the accessory belts, the pulley and water pump (non interference, a timing gun has confirmed its in time)
- New speed sensor (assumed its whats causing speedo issues)
- New fuel filter
- new fuel pump
- checked all fuses
- checked and cleaned all ground wires
- tested pcv valve
- checked compression and came up good.
- cleaned throttle body and put in a new gasket
- new air filter
- even took the injectors to a local place that was able to restore, clean and test them.
- looked over the wiring and everything seems clean and intact.
- soft clutch
- possible misfire?
- Mate said it sounds like it misfired but havent heard it myself
- Replaced spark plugs

Dont really have any ideas on what to do next but I am saving for a new clutch kit as the clutch is really soft and thinking its causing it to bog down. Not sure of the condition on the box and if its the original but I feel it needs a new clutch kit, gut feeling. Have attached images of what the scan tool picked up, not sure what im looking at but hoping someone can spot any issues if there is any. Thanks in Advance
