2000 civic hx crank no start. Have fuel and spark.
Hopefully you guys can help me out here because I'm getting a little confused here, she just cranks and cranks with it occasionally trying to start but then back to just cranking and nothing happening.
Here's a run down of what I've checked so far: confirmed spark, confirmed fuel to rail, confirmed injector pulse to injectors with noid light, confirmed timing is on the money, drained old gas from tank and replaced with new.
Fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel regulator, air filter is new.
What's next? Compression? Guess I should probably check that anyhow. Could the iac cause this? It's rather new. Can a crankshaft sensor or something cause this? Throttle body? Clogged cat? I'm definitely close to the end of my abilities here lol.
It has had recent work on the head, I rebuilt the head due to a broken timing belt, so that's been done and also of course new head gasket, water pump, tensioner, and belt. Also has a new clutch but that's pretty irrelevant. I don't think any of that is the issue as the car ran amazing for days after completing the work, didn't die on the road or anything, just didn't start the next morning.
Please advise on next steps to take and thanks ahead of time, you guys are awesome and I learn something new every time I post in here.

***Update***
Figured it out, ended up being the icm in the distributer, I had spark but I guess it was weak spark or just not sparking at the right time.
I was so confused because I was like ok I have air, fuel, spark, timing, and compression, wtf is going on here lol.😂 I still love this car even though something breaks every week lol.
