Default Crank no start NEED HELP ASAP

I’ve bought a 1998 ek4 vtir that recently has had an intermittent starting issue. At first it was that the ecu had been faulty, I’ve had it completely retraced & all capacitors replaced as well as the ic17 chip I also have a brand new main fuel relay. The car ran well for about 3-4 weeks

ECU IS A PR4 from an integra that has been chipped for manual and vtec ect

but is now having that same issue come back. In the morning the car would prime and have a strong crank but no start and weirdly the car would start from a push start. And the days I left the car home by the time I had come back from work it would start up first crank with a little stumble but eventually level out and run like normal, there is an off chance that it will start in the morning but it usually stumbles and shuts off so I have to start it up again

CAR WILL RUN AND START NO PROBLEM AFTER THE FIRST INITIAL START

the last 2 times I’ve had this car push started the engine light had come on and it won’t rev past 3500 (which I assume is a safety feature) I also can’t find and sort of an obd port anywhere

car has had a major service in-between issues
  1. spark plugs
  2. fuel filter
  3. new dizzy (eBay certified)
(I have an extremely basic tool kit) due to having all my tool at work

If anyone has any ideas on where I should start I’d be very grateful cheers
