Default 91' Prelude... swapped with F22B1, and M2Y4 Trans.

Could someone without guessing please give me some good info on this car, engine, and trans combo. I'm currently running paved ovals. The tracks are around 4/10's of a mile fairly flat one is around 9° of banking in corners, one is less than 3° in corners. My problem is my lap times are around 1 second slower with this set up compared to the stock motor and trans that was in car when I originally built it. Not sure on trans model/ number but it was 5 speed manual with a B21A1. Both engine and trans setups are 100% OEM. I know the M2Y4 came off a H22A4 but it's still OEM stock along with the F22B1. Suspension and tire setup has not changed, besides playing around with air pressures. My thinking is its a gear ratio issue because if I'm not wrong both engine's make similar HP#'s with the F22B1 making a little more which is why im confussed with this loss of lap times. But that's me "GUESSING"
