Fuel relay not priming
My fuel relay is not priming when turning the key.
Background information------->>
-I've just swapped my engine (Was D16y7) with a B18C
-The car is a 1999 Honda Civic DX
-I'm using a p28 ECU with a jumper harness to a obd2 Rywire tucked harness.
This issue is weird as whenever I turn the key and the relay does work then my car starts right up, however that when it doesn't prime my car won't start. I've already replaced the relay, as well as jumping the pins in the relay to force the pump on and that works so its not a faulty pump. I also have fuel pressure coming from the lines. I'm at a loss for what's wrong as I've tested just about everything that could be wrong with the relay and the fuel side. Im assuming something is telling the relay to not prime but I don't know what. I'm worried something in the ecu is malfunctioning, but I don't know how to test for that. ANy help would be greatly appreciated.
