Default No Power to fuse 19

Hello
[92 civic eg hatch]
Recently my tails, dash and brake lights stopped working, i searched the forums and came to conclusion that it is all because of fuse 19. The fuse wasnt even popped, i checked it and seems like theres no power going into it, is there a way to fix it or is the whole fuse box bad?
thanks

Under-dash Fuse No. 19 (10A) only has power when the headlight switch is in the Parking light or Headlight.

Under-hood Fuse No. 40 (40A) feeds Under-dash Fuse No. 19. So, also check Under-hood Fuse No. 40.

The fuse is fine, also if this fuse would be blown, the headlights wouldnt also work right? But they do.

If both fuses are fine, then check the headlight switch and/or wiring.

Unplug the headlight switch, and use a spare piece of wire or small paper clip and jump the harness connector terminal no. 6 (white wire) to terminal no. 1 (Red/Grn wire). If the dash lights up, then the switch is likely faulty. If it doesn't light up, then it is likely due to an open (break) in wiring, connections, etc.

You are not located in the U.S., so your model Civic may not have the same identical wire colors used.
