Help p2646 qnd p0340 engine codes on 2005 pilot
So I'm at a bit of a breaking point right now, my pilot broke down a little while ago, I've had the p2646 code for a while, it would turn on while driving sometimes but wasn't really a problem because my ivtec would still activate even though the code says it's stuck off. I heard that my car should be in limp mode but it's had no problem getting up to 100 mph and high rpms. Recently I had p0340 come on and I scanned it and it told me it was my camshaft position sensor that went out. I cracked the timing belt cover open on bank 1 by the radiator and had someone crank the engine, and the crankshaft turned with the serpentine belt but the camshafts did not turn. I also loosened the serpentine belt, took off the top pulley so I can access the camshaft sensor and it's hard to access the bolt holding in the sensor, I need help diagnosing what happened, the light came on at 4k rpms and at 70mph, it just up and died and sputtered. No smoke from the hood either.
