Installed a new ac system in my 90 hatch
everything is new and I’m running r134.
excavated the system and it held vacuum for 24hours. Went to charge and it took one 12oz can. Went to charge with another can and for some reason won’t empty out. Compressor fan kicks on but compressor won’t. Checked the relays and jumped the high pressure switch. Compressor won’t kick in

hi side and low side pressure is reading the same at about 100psi

I’m not sure what’s happening

note I ran a wire to a12v source to see it the clutch engages which it does

 

I've had to heat my second can with hot water in order to get enough in for the system to kick on. If you've already jumped it, I'm not sure what to say.
