Default 93 civic GS-R swap high idle

Hello all! I just got a eg civic ex coupe with a GS-R swap less than a week ago. Yesterday when I got to work it started idling at 2k rpms, and the rpms would climb super slowly, almost unnoticable. I tried replacing/recalibrating the tps, cleaning the iacv, and replacing the map sensor, all of which did nothing. I do not believe there is a vacuum leak because when you block the opening on the throttle body the motor dies. The throttle body is also not stuck open at all. The only time the idle comes down is when the map sensor is unplugged, but doing so makes the car run in a limp mode and it runs extremely rich. I called the previous owner to help me diagnose, and he called his mechanic and tuner, and all of us are stumped as to what it could be. Im honestly thinking theres a problem with the computer, but does anyone have any ideas as to what I should try to fix this issue? Thank you!
