Okay so i have been working on this 2002 Honda Civic EX and it is giving me hell. I have replaced the transmission in the last year due to it literally not moving while pressing on the gas. More recently in june i overheated and decided to rplace the thermostat. It doesnt overheat while driving unless the ac is on now. It also in the lst week has been shutting off at red lights almost like a clutch truck stalling(this is a automatic). I have codes showing now and not even sure where to start except maybe an oil change and checking the knock sensor. The codes are as follows

Just to clear up the codes are
p0740:torque convertor clutch circuit/open
p0325: knock sensor1 circuit bank 1 or single sensor
p1259: manufacture control
