I had a 38-11 code on my 2013 accord v6 coupe, 240k original owner. I knew even if I changed the unit myself the ecu wouldn't work because they are coded. I found (I am not posting any links to be accused of an affiliate program) on ebay and they also go direct. Module Repair Pro in C.A. Gino is spot on with his repairs and they fix all types of ECU's. I highly recommend them.
