Default Brake pedal travel.

Hello, I'm trying to get less travel in my braking system, in sporty driving I have a very hard time of physically stretching my ankle out to heel toe shift, if I was able to use less brake travel that would make it significantly easier for me. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

You might be able to adjust the distance between the master cylinder and the brake pedal plunger. You can access it from inside the vehicle, there’s a lock nut on it and an adjuster. It’s a pain in the *** to get to though.

Usually this is done outside of the car before installing a new brake booster.

Just be careful though because adjusting it too close can cause issues with your brakes engaging all the time. Ask me how I know lol.
