Default Rear Drum Rubbing After New Bearing

2003 Honda Accord, 2.4L, 5 speed, 4 dr., 198k miles
So, I noted sound from my right rear brake drum. It sounded like the bearing was done.
I replaced the brake shoes, drum, and wheel bearing hub assembly with parts from NAPA on both sides.

The first thing I noted was I could not torque the wheel nut without seizing the bearing assembly. As it was late, I had to tighten it just to where the hub would still rotate by hand to avoid losing use of the car.
The driver's side worked fine like this, but the passenger side still made noise while the drum rubbed on the back plate. I assumed poor tolerances on the part.
So, I replaced it with one online made by TRQ. It fit just the same. Still rubs on the drum when turning right. Left side is fine.

Are these parts out of tolerance? Is my spindle worn out? Why can't I torque down the bearing nut without locking up the hub?

I appreciate any ideas. And thank you in advance for pointing out the search bar. I did not find anything applicable, but do not mind if you suggest something I might have missed.
