Default questio RE: coolant change

I am replacing the hoses and coolant but i looked for youtube vids on coolant change and they all seem to require special tools which i don't have. Plus in 2 days i'm supposed to go to see family 450 miles away and i don't have time to order any special tools and live too rural to buy local Can anyone point to a vid on how t do this to ensure n air in the system w/o special tools? It's a 2004 4 cylinder accord couple

You should be able to run the engine with the radiator cap removed, while continuing to add coolant until there is no more room to add coolant and the engine temperature has reached normal operating. Once there, cap it up and call it a day.
