Default 1975 Honda civic

Just acquired this Civic from a friend. Is was a So Cal car and has 0 rust every thing works but I need to replace the carburetor. I'm not going to change anything and keep it stock.

Went to adjust the valves and the top end is clean and valves were within spec. Spent too long trying to adjust the floats i got them pretty close but the secondary isn't opening I think the throttle valve is bab So i have a new carburetor on the way.

... can't say I've ever seen a green CVCC.

Out of curiosity, I've looked up the paint code, but that appears substantially brighter than Cumulus green. (as seen here.)
