How to troubleshoot noise from wheels?
My brother-in-law have 2012 Honda Accord SE 4cylinder. When he jack up both front wheels and turn either side wheel, it's making clunking noise. Is this normal? If not, how do we go about troubleshooting what's going on?

Do you mean you rotate each wheel by hand? Is the car in park?
Do you mean your turn your steering wheel?
Do you mean you move the wheel from the 9-to-3 o'clock position?
