2013 Civic A/C temp fluctuation problem
2013 Civic. I have done a complete a/c replacement, compressor condenser evaporator expansion vale and hoses. Took the car to a mechanic who vacuumed out the system for an hour and checked for leaks, all good. Filled with Freon, extremely cold, 42 degrees out of vents at night and mornings, during the day in traffic temp coming out of vents stays constant at 62-65 degrees Fahrenheit. What else should I check or replace? Any guidance is appreciated.
Stop and go traffic in the sun on hot pavement with high ambient temps?
That's probably about the best performance you are going to get.
Could try air sealing the gaps between radiator and condenser better to make the fans more efficient. Probably a bit of gains to be had here.
