Timing issues.

Timing issues.
I have a 2004 Honda Civic Lx 1.7L motor. changed entire cooling system, after water pump replaced. I thought i had everything lined up, but car will not start, turns over. My question is. Is there a way to re do the timing? I have the books and read plenty of these forums. Any help i would appericate it. Thank you
