Car has 140k miles. Never had a head gasket change. Going to change it since it seems to be leaking.

What else should I do while I'm in there? Rings? Anything else I should check or change?

Why do you think its leaking? Hve you done a compression test, a leak down test? Are you loosing coolant? If you answered no to any of those, then you dont need to do the head gasket. If yes, then you will replace the waterpump, and timing belt. After that, there is not much else to change
