Default Throttle body upgrade

hi guys! need some of your recommendations!

So I have a 70mm tb and my problem is its sticky, when I let go on the throttle it wont close totally so I have to jerk the throttle again so that it will close the tb normally. Ive already cleaned the tb and everything still sticky maybe its a cheep copy of blox tb body thats why it does that I guess.

Well 70mm is hard to find in our area, a 74mm skunk2 is available.

My question is:
Is 4mm a big difference?
Should I get a new tune if I get the 74mm?
What would be the effect if I just install the 74mm?

Thanks guys!

4mm is a huge difference, and a 74mm is pretty oversized for most typical builds. The 66mm is likely more appropriate, if you can get that near you.
