Hey i have a 1998 Honda crv fwd automatic. Stock b20.
I need to replace the transmission but cant seem to find a good answer on whether a 99-01 transmission will work in my 1998. Iv seen people say it will work and some say it won't. Been searching for 3 days for a definite answer on Google.
WIll it work?
​​​​​if so do I need to swap a bunch of stuff?

Local salvage yard has a 97 trans. 99 trans. And a 01 trans. I don't really want to waste money if it won't work.
