Default Ecu or O2Sensor?

Hello.
So i have a strange symptom.
My car is a 1.6sr 95 D16y2 (D16z6 similiar).
Recently the idle is shaking and when fully warmed up slight gas around 2500rpm knocking/rattling (maybe spark knock).
O2 sensor readings show 0.02v at idle so i changed two o2 sensor, still the same.
So i datalogging with Hondash and the ecu dont use closed loop, afr at idle goes up to 17+, no stft and no ltft, ecu dont tune extra gas.
My question is still o2 sensor fault or my Ecu is dying.

Thanks for the help.

In my knowledge the engine is stock, only replaced internals ( rings, bearing, etc).
Ecu is stock too, but i want to take out and check it.
