Fuel line snapped to fuel filter, what to do?
use a tube cutter to clean up that damaged part. Go to local pull-a-part salvage yard and cut off the part with the fuel filter fitting and lines. Stop by the auto parts store to get the appropriate fuel hose and 2 adjustable clamps. Make sure fuel does not leak after repair since the header pipe is literally underneath
Make sure that the two pieces of hard line ALMOST touch... this way there is no chance of the piece of soft hose slipped over the two hard lines and clamped firmly doesn't slip off one end or the other.
You could use this fitting and go with an aftermarket fuel filter and 6AN line to the fuel rail. I'm not sure if you need the long or short style but just double check. You also need to use a flare wrench on the nut on the bottom of the fuel filter I have these they work great!
