Hello all
my friend has a 2002 honda civic 1.7L
His car keeps over heating when the AC is on.
It only over heats when the AC is on and car is beening driving 20 miles or more.
when it over heats it pushes fluid and air out of the resavor
we have replaced the thermostat with a oem one.
Both fans are turning on.
Any ideas on this would be appreciated

I know this is 2 months old but i had the exact issue, turns out my fan wasnt kicking on, if youre facing the engine, the fan on the left should be running with the a/c on.

check fuse and relay
