Pulled the throttle body and cleaned it. When buttoning back up noticed a stray wire and can’t remember disconnecting it, and can’t see where it connects.

its a single butt wire, within a circle-shaped grommet.

In the middle of the photo is an unknown connector

 

Looks like the starter solenoid to me.

Does the starter work?

this was the culprit. Must’ve gotten tugged off when we were cleaning the throttle body.

Immediately identified it when we tried to drive it off the ramps, and the starter did not engage 🤣
