Default 2003 Honda Civic vibration

Car vibrates at 50 gets better and then again at 65+
The vibration seems to go away on cooler days but returns after driving about 30 minutes of driving. All front end components have been replaced tires balanced alignment done has made no difference. Also have replaced the rims it had aftermarket I put stocks back on

Vibration where? You feel it in your seat or steering wheel?

Feel it everywhere. With the aftermarket wheels 215/45/17 if I remember correctly it was worse and the steering wheel would shake worse than it does with the stock rims and tires-185/70/14. After putting stocks back on I thought it was fixed but after about 30 miles it returned. Almost every time I drive it I get about 30 miles before the shake returns

Maybe a stuck caliper and a warped disk? Are caliper pistons retracting correctly? Just spit ballin here.

Yes front wheel drive. I have replaced both axles, control arms, ball joints, sway bar bushings, rear struts they were leaking and swapped wheels and tires. The car only has 80,000 miles runs and shifts great just has an annoying vibration tie rod ends feel solid no play

Is the car lowered? Any other kind of modifications? Does the vibration occur when accelerating, cruising, in gear (if manual) or all of the above?

If it is purely just vehicle speed related, it is some rotating mass that is loose or out of balance.

Not lowered everything is now stock only aftermarket part was the rims when I bought it they were on it. It is only at certain speeds strongest at 50mph and 70. automatic car vibration continues if I put it in neutral while cruising.

I have this same problem and most was from the shock mount and after changed is was minor and everything was changed on suspension and tight, and found the shocks it self is moving in the shaft. Never seen it before until now, haven't changed yet

Shock mounts seem good but I'm not really sure how to check them is there a good way to do it
