Hello
I picked up a 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid A/T from an auction a few days ago, knowing it has a transmission issue.
Kindly watch the video as I uploaded it to YouTube Shorts, showing the recording camera jerking while I'm shifting into Reverse from Park, or from Drive, you can also hear it.

The car has transmission fluid as I just checked, No Check Engine Light, could it be the motor mounts causing this ? What else do you guys think would cause this "jerk" or hard shift to happen?

Try fresh ATF first, then probably the mounts.
