Default What are these unplugged connectors under the dash

I have 2017 Honda Civic LX, and has Airbag warning light on.
I looked under the dash, and then found out that there are 2 unplugged connectors.

Can anybody name what are these for???? Is this normal????

The larger connector is the Data Link Connector (DLC) aka OBD port.

The smaller connector is used for the optional Honda fog light accessory kit, where the relay harness 6-pin connector plugs in.
