Your transmission will NOT bolt up to a K series engine... you will need a K series transmission. You will need aftermarket engine mounts and a conversion harness. The cheapest way to do a K swap in your chassis is to buy a complete donor car with the entire front end intact. The only choices are a '02-05 Civic Si (EP3), '02-04 RSX Base, or '02-04 RSX-S. Type S axles will not work unless you swap in the front knuckles as well, but this mod requires modifying the steering rack too, so be careful. If you decide to pick and choose parts, this is the most expensive (and most difficult) chassis to do a K-swap in between the years of 1992 and 2005.

Good luck.
