Default Bell housing leak? Broken bolt?

I replaced my oil pan and seal after realizing it was leaking by using the UV dye for oil. But putting it back together I broke a screw ( which holds that piece with oil on it) but I was told it’s the bell housing. Even tho the screw is broken it seems to just be a cover. And it was leaking even before I did this? What could be wrong?

does anyone know the name of piece so I can possibly find the piece or screw.

the small cover with the oil is the access panel for the shifter. it does open into the bell housing where the torque converter is.

the leak is almost certainly from the rear main seal on the engine. It's not a small job to fix. the transmission will need to come out to replace it. it has been a very long time since I've done one on this gen of civic, but I think the sub-frame needs to come down before the transmission can be removed.
