I have a 1993 honda accord EX that was manufactured in a japan factory and shipped here for American sales. When I got the car the rear defrost wasn’t working and I had not looked into it. Now I’m trying to find why it won’t turn on. All relays are good and every fuse I’ve checked related to rear defrost isn’t blown.
when I press the button to turn it on, the light comes on and that’s it. No 12 volts on the rear element. The light does turn off on its own.
