I drive a 1991 honda accord lx with the F22a1, witch I've been told. I'm not really knowledgeable on the honda engines.

But since I'm here, I have a idle issue, only at cold start. I have messed with the fast idle valve and iac. the fast idle is almost bottomed out and the only thing I can do to keep it from bouncing between 1k- 3k RPM is to have my foot on the gas petal JUST a little bit. Any help would be appreciated 👏
