Does anyone know if


those extra ports need to get blocked or routed somewhere?

Plug any unused ports. Leave the top ports open unless you are using a electronic boost controller

OP... slow down, take a deep breath, and think for a moment about the question that you posed here. You need boost pressure to actuate the valve in the wastegate... how do you create boost pressure if the hemispheres above and below the valve diaphragm are open to atmosphere ?
