Default Won't go over 3k rpm no check engine light

97 accord 2.2 VTech AUTOMATIC
I put a header, test pipe and catback on my car and did the throttle body coolant bypass mod all at the same time. Now my car doesn't want to go past 3k rpm while driving, but it will go past 3k in park.
There is no check engine light.
Could the mods I did cause this? Maybe I didn't seal the throttle body back up well enough? Or is the exhaust just flowing so well that it's lost back pressure to the point that it's causing a negative effect? Or possibly another problem I'm not aware of? Thanks.

So I tested it today and it goes over 3k when I leave it in 3rd gear but it seems like VTech isn't kicking in. But still while in 4th gear I can't get over 3k.

Nvm I hit VTech driving it today. But still, it's like it won't go past 3k in 4th gear.
