Default F22 tuning questions

I’m building a ek civic for short track racing and I’m building a high compression f22 to run in it. The rules at all the tracks I’ll be racing at state you can’t run a chipped Ecu, but a good amount of the cars I’ve seen running b series and k series have at intakes, cams ect . I know it won’t run properly on a stock Ecu, at very best I’ll lose power. Is there any way to flash a tune onto the stock Ecu or will I have to run a piggyback system(also illegal but I could hide it). There must be some way around this. (And for anyone wondering why I’m using a f22 in the first place it’s because I get a significant weight advantage with a sohc and I can still make enough power to be competitive.

Which F22? ...Ax, ...B1, B2?

Word for word, what does the rulebook allow and disallow for the ECU?

Is there an exemption for running a carburetor with stand-alone ignition?
