Default 2003 Honda Odyssey Jap Import Engine & Transmission Problems

Hi all, i purchased a Japanese Imported Honda odyssey 2nd hand last year and started running into some problems with it and cant exactly afford a mechanics at the moment.

The car is a RA8 model and has the J30a8 motor in it, unsure about the transmission.

The previous owner said they had the transmission replaced about 2000 kms prior to me buying it because it blew but unsure how trustworthy they are on the claim.

Upon acceleration I've found that the transmission sometimes has a clunk when changing gears or just outright has problems changing gear at all as if its not engaging properly. (oil looks fine in it and there's no metal shavings in there)

For the motor i originally had a issue with the fuel filter which i replaced myself and it worked completely fine, i drove it for about 800kms before i started running into the issue of Misfires. It started happening when the motor was at Temp (driving for approx. 10-20 mins) But has started misfiring when i accelerate at all now. (this started right after i refueled the car but have confirmed the fuel is clean through flushing it out & having mechanic look at it)

All these faults but no error codes show up when scanning the car.

I'd love to fix these issues as I'm looking to get rid of the car soon but want to have them fixed prior to this.

If anyone has any Hints or Ideas as to what the issues are that would be greatly appreciated.
